Enchanting place to stay while in Osaka. Room had a really large bathroom that we loved. Though you guys made our stay FAIRLY NICE, beds were too soft. Fantastic hospitality from the laundry staff.

the staff was very well trained and the service was marvellous, so it was very pleasant stay. immaculate & big size room, with a private safe, an electronic key card and a flat-screen tv. hotel offered plenty of meals for buffet breakfast. late check-out was useful.
